Welcome to FaastCash, the incentive program integrated within the FaastHub ecosystem, including FaastHub, FaastExpress, FaastShop, FaastDispatch, FaastRide, and all related services. By accessing or using FaastCash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Usage ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using FaastCash, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FaastCash.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate in FaastCash. By using FaastCash, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration and Security​

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. FaastCash is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. FaastCash Points System

FaastCash operates on a points-based system where users earn points through various activities within the FaastHub ecosystem. Points can be redeemed according to current program rules.

• Points, bonuses, and earnings are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
• FaastCash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points system, bonus structures, or earnings criteria at any time without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Any attempt to manipulate, defraud, or abuse FaastCash, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, multiple account creation, or exploiting system vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited.

• If you are found to be cheating, attempting to cheat, or violating these Terms in any way, your account will be immediately suspended or terminated.
• All current and future earnings, bonuses, and points will be forfeited without recourse.

6. Modifications to Terms

FaastCash may update these Terms at any time without notice. Changes will be effectiveimmediately upon posting. Continued use of FaastCash constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Business Model Protection

To protect FaastCash and its affiliates:

• FaastCash retains full control over program structures, algorithms, and operational models.
• No user may reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or business strategies of FaastCash or its affiliates.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of FaastCash intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination​

FaastCash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without notice, including for violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability​

FaastCash, its affiliates, partners, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FaastCash.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the United State Of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United State Of America.
